We are sad to announce that on October 25, 2022, at the age of 81, James L. Ackerman of Norwalk, Ohio passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James L. Ackerman to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Leon Ackerman; his daughter Michelle Lazzaro; and his siblings, Robert Ackerman, Jerry Ackerman and Phyllis Lester.

He is survived by: his wife Jan Ackerman (Miller); his children, Tony Ackerman (Shawna) of Norwalk, Wanda Ackerman of Norwalk, David Ackerman (Melanie) of Norwalk and Heather Fleming (Ryan) of Florida; his grandchildren, Morgan Smith (Collin), Brittany Haig (Brendan), Grant Ackerman and Parker Fleming (Hunter); and his brother Terry Ackerman of Columbus.
