He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth H. Singer (Cox). He is survived by: his children, Nancy Frey (Robert) of McCormick, S. C., James Singer (Sharon) of Huron and David Singer (Cynthia) of Norwalk. He is also survived by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren, one great great grandson, and other relatives.
