He is survived by: his children, Wanda Frugoli (Steve) of Locust Grove, GA, Dale Downing (Brenda) of Norwalk, Terry Downing (Martha) of Vacaville, CA, Kenny Downing of Raleigh, NC and Ancle "Skip" Downing (Karen) of Norwalk. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
