He is survived by: his mother Juanita Mullins (Miller); his wife Beverly Mullins; his children, Chris Mullins (Mandy) of Clyde and Angela Depew (David Jr.); his grandchildren, Mariah, Corey Jr., Lyric, Linkin, Brielle, Novalee, Kallie and Skylar; and his siblings, Rick Mullins, Mark Mullins (Susie) and Melissa Dague.
