He is survived by: his wife Marty Eberly (Wise); his daughter Jill Eberly (Bennet Wang) of Chicago, Illinois; and his siblings, Rose Kerhes of New Washington and Robert Eberly (Teri) of Michigan. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren.
