He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbur Stoddard and Alma Stoddard; his former wife Donna Irene Stoddard; and his siblings, Walter Stoddard, Harry Stoddard (Eileen) and Jane Fuller.
He is survived by: his wife Cora Stoddard (Crase) of Norwalk; his children, Kevin Stoddard of Norwalk and Billie Jo Welter (Chad) of Monroeville; his grandchildren, Cody Stoddard (Bryan Boylan) of Cape Coral, FL and Donna Stoddard (Thomas Smith) of Norwalk; his sister Helen Liddington (Jim); his pet Dixie; and also, Karen Stoddard of Monroeville, Jocelyn Welter of Monroeville and John Welter of Monroeville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
