He is survived by: his wife Doris Gens (Heckelman); and his children, Janette Roberts (Dale) of Norwalk, Jeffrey Gens (Angel) of Norwalk and Lantana Wood of Norwalk. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
