He is survived by: his mother Ruth Kochenower of Avon Lake; his wife Rita Bender (Weisenberger) of Norwalk; his stepsons, Steven Pridemore of Norwalk and Jeffery Allen Pridemore of Wellington; and his siblings, Richard Bender (Cynthia) of Lakewood, Glenn Bender (Jody) of Atlanta, GA and David Bender (Laurie Ann) of Mundelein, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
