He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Annarumo and Eleanor Lively (Greco); his stepfather James Lively Sr.; his brother Robert L. Lively; and his stepbrother James Lively Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Annarumo (Colyer); his sons, Eddie Annarumo (Christy) of Ellwood City and Joey Annarumo of Ellwood City; his stepdaughters, Amy Colyer of Norwalk and Heather Colyer of Chillicothe, OH; his grandchildren, Enzo, Rachel, Eric, Ravenn, Arianna, Elijah and Elianna; his great grandchildren, Bryson, Willow, Kendell and Aubri; and his siblings, Rena Turner (Hugh) of Washington, PA, Diane Lively of Florida, Cheryl Lively of Shippensburg, Debbie Marino (Jerome) of New Castle, Richard Lively (Karen) of Aliquippa and Ronald Greco of Florida.
