He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Mullins and Benjamin Mullins. He is survived by: his fiancée Tina Sommers; his children, Shasta Lalonde (Chris) of Norwalk, Justin Mullins (Sherrie Tolson) of Norwalk, Jacob Mullins of Vermilion, Erica Kluding of Norwalk and Cristin Howell of Lorain; and his siblings, Connie Mullins (Ken) of Lorain and John Mark Mullins (Tracy) of Birmingham. He is also survived by three nieces, and two nephews.
