He is survived by: his wife Tina Dennis (Cunningham); his children, Douglas Dennis Jr. of Norwalk and Kim Lowey of St. Louis, MO; and his brother Carl Dennis (Marcia) of Durand, MI.. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
