With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Rahrig of Norwalk, Ohio, born in Sandusky, Ohio, who passed away on December 31, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Carl Bonnigson; her husband Clarence Rahrig; and her siblings, Henry Bonnigson, Ruth Deehr and Irma Moon.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Burtscher of New London, David Burtscher of Lorain, Tammy Burtscher of Cleveland, Sandra Burtscher (Denna) of Huron and Larry Burtscher of Norwalk; her stepchildren, Sharon Rahrig of Sandusky and Steve Rahrig of Houston, TX; and her grandchildren, Michelle Lyons (Donald) of Norwalk, Lisa Burtscher of Huron and Michael Burtscher of Norwalk. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, and cousins.
