He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Trotter and Evelyn Trotter (Hipp); his sister Linda Tamura; and his grandson Jacob Smith. He is survived by: his wife Daiga Trotter (Kangars); his daughter Anna Trotter (James Smith) of Norwalk; his grandchildren, Sydney and Jonathan Smith; and his brother Thomas Trotter (Sherri) of Collins.
