She was predeceased by: her parents, Perl Hart and Virginia Hart; her husband Stephen Day Jr.; her daughter Allison Day; and her grandson Michael S. Day Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Day III, Jeffrey Day (Joyce) and Michael Day (Jennifer); and her grandchildren, Jeffrey Day, Ashley Ebinger and Lauren Fry. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
She volunteered for many years with the American Heart Association, was an avid reader, enjoyed golfing, playing cards and all the Ohio State and Pittsburgh sports teams.
