He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Leber and Rhea Leber (Weilnau); his wife Joanne Leber (Maurer); and his siblings, Alden, Glenn, Walter, Milton, Joanne Moyer, Marjorie Ott and Frederick Sr..

He is survived by: his children, Sheila Buckingham, Sharon Ambrose (John), David Leber (Deborah) and Lisa Wright (Ronald). He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
