He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph G. Horner and Effie Horner (Hawkins); his brother James Horner (Angela); his brother-in-law Don Nickles; his parents-in-law, Jack and Jane Koehn; his niece Cynthia Durfy (Kane); and his nephew Jimmy Horner (Cindy).
He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his granddaughters, MacKensey Thomas, Delaney Thomas, Joscey Thomas, Mascie Horner and Emmie Horner; and his sister Phyllis Nickles. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Evans Funeral Home (314 E Main St, Norwalk, OH 44857). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, March 20th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
