It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David A. Collins of Norwalk, Ohio, born in Olean, New York, who passed away on December 18, 2021, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert, Jo Hooper, Richard and Joan Collins; his uncle Ray Collins; and his brother-in-law William Lute.
He is survived by: his significant other Victoria Collins; his sons, Liam Hammond, Logan Hammond, Marcus Collins and Stanley Collins; his parents, Peter Collins (Valerie) and Toni Gleason (Richard); his siblings, Jessica Collins and Nathan Hoffman; his stepsisters, Cris Orcutt and Elizabeth Lute; and his nieces, Hannah, Sarah Lute, Rhyannon Orcutt and Samantha Collins. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in David's name may be made to his family, for their continued support, in care of the funeral home.
