He was predeceased by: his father David K. Ballard; his parents-in-law, Gloria Bartow and Ralph Bartow; and his brothers-in-law, Randy Bartow, David Koehn and Michael Freeman.
He is survived by: his wife Bonny Ballard (Bartow); his children, Randi Plue (James) of Sandusky, Matthew Ballard (Nicole) of Norwalk and Jillian Ballard (Jon Konz) of Wakeman; his grandchildren, Michael, Gloria, Isabelle, Zachary, Elle, Theodore, Charlotte and Ian; his siblings, Dennis "Jake" Ballard (Janet) of Collins, Debi Helton (Don) of Norwalk and Dawn Freeman of Norwalk; and his sisters-in-law, Lorna Koehn of Norwalk and Connie Bartow of Sandusky. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends.
