He is survived by: his wife Moeshay Lewis of Sandusky; his parents, Johnnie Smith and Patrice Smith of Sandusky; his children, Curtis Lewis, Myles Ayden Lewis-Smith and Norwalk; his stepchildren, Kimberly Austin, Marcus Austin, Aaron Lippett (North Carolina), Donshae Trussell and Markahl Trussell; his grandchild Jeremiah Wright Lewis-Smith; and his great-nephew Sakari Este.
