We are sad to announce that on August 26, 2021, at the age of 85, Charlotte Boucher of Norwalk, Ohio, born in Meriden, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harriot and Minnie Harriot; her siblings, Lorraine, Evelyn, James and William; and her husband Normand.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Balduff (Garry) of Norwalk, David Boucher of Austin, TX, Diane Ruff (Matt) of Sandusky and Donna Garman (Andrew) of Manheim, PA; and her grandchildren, Jason, Brandon, David, Aaron, Morgan and Isabel. She is also survived by five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
