She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph John Soisson and Marie Pauline Soisson (Kramer); her husband John G. Comyns Sr.; her son John Comyns Jr.; and her siblings, Robert, Paul Soisson, Margorie Hite, Mary Jane Schneider and Esther Myers.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Constance Schaffer (Thomas), Catherine Huot (Dave), Cynthia Comyns, Robert Comyns and Michael Comyns (Chris); her grandchildren, Michael (Karen), Thomas (Kristi), John (Julie), Jim (Kristin), Robert (Alaina), Andrew, Christine (Bobby), Nicole (John), Bailey, Ashley (Jake), Katelyn and Jessica; and her sister Eileen Simon. She is also survived by 13 great-grandchildren.
