She was predeceased by: her father Henry Alexander; and her nephew Jason Alexander. She is survived by: her mother Thelma Egner (Jones); her husband Jay Perry III (Chuck); her children, Julie Koelsch (Brian) of Norwalk, Jay Perry IV (Jennifer) of Milan and Jonathan Perry (Allison) of Gillette, Wyoming; her grandchildren, Gavin, Corbin, Isabella, Jay, Luke, Emma, Quinn, Bo, Ezekiel, Ava and Jude; and her siblings, Tom Alexander (Betty) of Norwalk, Henry Alexander (Jean) of Norwalk, Jan Reamer (Willie) of Norwalk, Dwight Alexander (Carol) of Norwalk and Danny Alexander (Ranae) of Sandusky. She is also survived by her children, eleven grandchildren, family and friends.
