He is survived by: his wife Huberta Osborn (Mantz); his son Robert Joe Osborn (Tami); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Aaron, Tim and Matt Phillips; his son Carl Osborn (Brenda); his grandchildren, Robert, Brittney and Tiffany; his daughter Tammy Braden (Gary); his grandchildren, Cory, Brooke and Taylor; his son Tom Osborn (Monica); and his grandchildren, Brennan, Alex and Kaylee. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
