We are sad to announce that on February 28, 2023, at the age of 75, Bill W. Downing of Norwalk, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Downing and Charlene Downing; his wife Jacqueline Downing (Scheid); and his brother Charlie Downing. He is survived by: his children, Jason Downing (Heather Corder) of Norwalk, Susan Null (Homer) of North Fairfield and Jennifer Downing of Norwalk; and his siblings, Den Downing (Arlene) of Monroeville and Charlene Lewis (Carol) of North Monroeville. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
