She is survived by: her children, Dale D. Neel (Roxanne) of Norwalk, Ohio., Deb L. Bader (Bill) of Norwalk, Ohio. and Dana L. Neel (Jeffery Bertram) of Norwalk, Ohio.; her grandchildren, Derek Neel (Ellie), Carey Neel, Deanna Cole (Steve) and David Binting; and her great grandchildren, Skylarr Story and Emersyn Schultz.
