She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Resor and Mildred Schaffer (Braden); her husband Liva John "Jack" Penson; and her siblings, Vera Slagle, Martha Resor, Martin Resor, Roy Resor and Doug Resor.
She is survived by: her children, Philip Penson (Aimee) of Norwalk, Maxine Ptak (Ladd) of Warren, IN, Mary Sue Carpenter of Elyria, Donna Brady of Lorain, Ann Green (Ron) of Elyria, Dominic "John" Penson (Bonnie) of Elyria, Delores Telzerow (Dennis) of Wellington, Michael Penson of Lorain and Theresa White (Marvin) of Sumpter, SC; her grandchildren, Krist, Trent, Angie, Jamie, April, Lenny, Victoria, Harry, Jonathan, Marie, Tory, Kellie, Scott, Jeremiah, Becky, Brian, Grant, Tyler, Kaylee, Adrian, Shelby and Ethan; her great grandchild Hunter; and her siblings, Frank Resor, Tom Resor, Carol Tempe and Virginia Morris. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
