He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne Parker (Mushett); his children, Katie, Julia, Caroline, Andrew Davis and Samuel Benjamin Parker; his father Joseph Parker; his parents-in-law, James and Mary Mushett; his brother-in-law Ed Kane; his nephew Joseph Moroni; and his siblings, Chorus, Matthew, Ben, Roger, Men, Marsha and Connie. He was also cherished by his mother and siblings.

Ben lived his final years facing the challenges of Early Onset Alzheimer's Disease, and he showed courage in meeting life's obstacles with a smile and a contagious laugh.
