She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta (Blinzeley) and Oren Pigman, Sr.; her husband Eugene Ward; her children, Susan Salmons and Jeffrey Ward; her daughter-in-law Karen Ward; and her siblings, Jack Pigman, Gary Pigman and Shirley Vaughan.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Ward (Callie) of Milan, Gary Ward (Donna) of Berlin Heights, Carol Ward of Norwalk and Kathy Case of Norwalk; her brothers, Oren Pigman, Jr. of Norwalk, Donald Pigman (Debbie) of Florida and Patrick Pigman (Millie) of Florida; and her sisters-in-law, Bonnie Pigman of Norwalk and Juanita Kristy of Florida. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 36 great-grandchildren and 1 on the way; 5 great-great-grandchildren.
