He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary and Charlie; his wife Maria L. Guibord-Timbs; and his niece Diane Timbs. He is survived by: his siblings, Alice Jackson, Carl (late Ruth), Charles (late Nellie) and Rodney (Margie); and his stepson Anthony Rodriguez.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to St. Paul Catholic Church, 91 East Main St,, Norwalk, in Alvin's name.
