He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobbie H. Pack and Illadene Pack (Shelby); and his sister Kathryn Pack. He is survived by: his close friend Teri L. Wheeler of Norwalk; his sons, Jason Pack and William Pack; his siblings, Robert Pack (Diana) of Norwalk and Janet Cook (Paul) of Bellville, MI; and his pet Simon. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
