He was predeceased by: his daughter Patricia Krizan; his parents, Florian Krizan and Josephine Krizan; and his sisters, Helen Kisha and Margaret Mullett.
He is survived by: his children, David Krizan (Jerri), Christine Green (Lance) and Michelle Jones (Jeffrey); and his grandchildren, Sarah, Joshua and Madison. He is also survived by his three nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Augustine Church.
