He is survived by: his wife Linda; his children, Dennis (Robin) and Denise August (Craig); his stepsons, Todd (Carissa) and Adam Kuehnert; and the mother of his children Joyce Bishop. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.
