He was predeceased by: his parents, Nancy and Terry; his grandfathers, Robert and Ernie Chupp (Elsie); his brother Sheldon; and his daughter Tiffany.
He is survived by: his fiancée Lisa Hafer; his children, Travis, Ivonne (David), Jon Hafer (Sage) and Brooke Hafer (Joe); his grandchildren, Aiden, Teagan, Addyson, Matthew and Ally Parker; his stepmother Pam Billow (John); his grandmother Olene; and his siblings, Jennifer Sachs (Shawn), Amy Coons (Olivia), Todd and Jed (Gess). He is also survived by many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins.
