He is survived by: his mother Sue Nation; his children, Kelsey Turner (Keith), Brody Ogden (Maddie), Paul Ogden and Hannah Ogden; his siblings, Theresa Woodard (Rick) and Tom Frederick (Janine); his granddaughters, Kiley, Kassidy, Mckenzie, Amelia and Mallory; his close friend Lisa Mayfield-Rusu; and his nieces and nephews, Crystal Reinhard, Amanda, Ruby, Stefani, Theresa, Mary, Samantha, Felicia, Kendall, Alexi, Jake, Tom and Phil.

In lieu of flowers cards are appreciated.
