He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Lewis and Mildred Lewis (Zimmer); and his sisters, Rebecca Lewis and Janice Blue. He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Julie Baer (James), Jason Lewis and James Lewis (Amy); his grandchildren, Crystal, Tyler, Addison, Bradon, Kylie, Damon, Alaina, James and Grayson; his great grandchild Jordyn; and his brother Thomas Williams.
