He is survived by: his parents, Roger Shankland and Cathy Shankland (Blackert); his siblings, Casie Svonovec (Keith) and Rusty Shankland (Jessica); and his nieces and nephews, Drew Svonovec, Samuel Svonovec, Eli Svonovec, Laine Svonovec and Katie Shankland.
