He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Underation and Mary Underation; and his brother Joe. He is survived by: his former wife Susan Mollohan; his wife Sue; his children, Jamie Zollinger (Joe), Pete Underation (Beth) and Keri Smith (Josh); his grandchildren, Trenton, Xavier, Isaiah, Rowan, Vera, Reese, Hayden, Peyton and Daxton; and his parents-in-law, Selva Payne and Donald Mollohan (Wanita). He is also survived by his brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
