She is survived by: her daughter Donna; her son-in-law Tom Hornacek of Doylestown; her sons, Mike of Canton and Steve; her daughter-in-law Rachel of South Elgin, Illinois.; and her grandchildren, Kayla Hornacek, Alyssa Perry and Steven Perry II (SJ).
