He was predeceased by: his parents, William Harley Collins and Hazel B. Collins (Radcliff); and his wife Etta June Collins (Metz). He is survived by: his children, Linda Elbon (Dan), Ronald Collins (Linda), Anita Sollitto (Stewart) and Bradford Collins (Lynda); his grandchildren, Mike, Wayne, Christina, Lisa and Erica; and his sisters, Agnes Heater, Pauline Grimes, Mary Wilfong and Kathleen Mick.
