With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James R. Snyder (Norton, Ohio), born in El Centro, California, who passed away on May 8, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Snyder and Helen Snyder (Blumenshine); and his sister Carolle Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Snyder; his children, Robert Snyder (Lisa), Julie Snyder-Lee (Robert Lee) and Jennifer Snyder; his grandchildren, Geoffrey, Amelia (Evan) and Libby; and his brother Bill Snyder (Karen). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Norton Historical School House, 4060 Columbia woods Dr., Norton, OH 44203.
