He is survived by: his wife Julie (Harrold); his sister Judy Williams; his children, James John Madden (Leslie) and Stefani Fee (Wade); his grandchildren, Ashley Gavel (James Keys), Sydney Gavel (Bradley Capps), Samuel Madden, Brandon Fee, Jessica Madden and Connor Fee; his great grandchild Marshall James Capps; and his former wife Patricia Cusma.
