He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his daughter Gina Neal (Steve); his grandchildren, Jesse Starcher (Ashley), Crystal Smith (Kyle), Joshua Starcher (Kristina), David Starcher and Crystal Abney; his great grandchildren, Jack, Carter, Logan, Skylee and Charlie Rose; his siblings, Cheryl Wilmot (David Ingham), Vickie Ritter and John Eggleston (Lydia); his nieces, Kelly Licata (Nick) and Katie Miller (Michael); his nephew Larry Patterson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Paige, Natalie, Linnea, Leo and Jackson; and his sister-in-law Rose Powell.
