She was predeceased by: her former husband John J. Walczak; her sons, Michael D. and Patrick J.; her parents, Franklin and Eleanor; her siblings, Babe and Henry; and her husband Eugene Goliath.
She is survived by: her sons, John L. Walczak and Christopher M. Walczak; her stepsons, Donald Goliath (Cathy), Eugene Goliath (Cheryl) and Greg Goliath (Teresea); her grandchildren, Brad Walczak, Kelly Walczak and Trisha Clark (Michael); and her stepgrandchildren, Craig Goliath, Dawn Marie Malave and Erin Homula.
Due to COVID restrictions, masks must be worn inside the funeral home at all times and the number of people allowed inside our facility will be restricted.
