He was predeceased by: his mother MaryAnn Quinones; and his daughter Jennifer Jarzabek. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jarzabek (Mosko); his children, Cherise, Tony and John; his sister Annabella Baker; his grandchildren, Anthony, Colt, Alexis, Samantha and Savannah; and his mother-in-law Joanne Mosko.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the family to help defray funeral costs.
