He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Wilhelm and Virginia Wilhelm. He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughter Jennifer Balas (Rich); his stepdaughter Holly Smith; and his siblings, Barb and Ed (Karen). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in lieu of flowers to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
