He is survived by: his wife Betty; his sister Brenda Fowler; his sisters-in-law, Theresa Homan, Kathy Blevins and Helen Blevins; his children, Joe Blevins (Brandy), Jef Blevins (Teresa) and Jenna Hugland (Matt); and his grandchildren, Hunter (Jill), Drew (Alexa), Hayden, Seth, Connor, Collin, Hadley, Cameron, Kailey and Alyssa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
