It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank D. Ligas of Norton, Ohio, who passed away on February 16, 2025, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Frank D. Ligas to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Ligas and Margaret Ligas (Genet); his siblings, Karen Bechdel, Susan Ligas and Chris Ligas; and his daughter Michaila Ligas.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Ligas (Jeanie); his children, Frank Ligas (Melissa), David Ligas (Linda), Rebecca Ligas, Jonathan Ligas, Rachel Ligas (Blake Conte), Anna Ligas, Amanda Ligas (Trent Jackson) and Megan Ligas; his siblings, Pete Ligas (Marlene), Mike Ligas (Barb), Kathy Koppes (Karl), Ben Ligas (Sherri) and Beth Douglas (David); and his aunt Patty Ligas. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, many nephews, nieces and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Grace Church-Fairlawn Campus (754 Ghent Rd, Fairlawn, OH 44333). A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
