She is survived by: her children, Evelyn, Jack Jacobs Jr. (Jenny) of Green, Michelle Davis of Barberton and Suzanne Jacobs of Barberton; her grandchildren, Jeremy Jacobs (Natalie), Jill Henderson (Sam) and Carly Spellman (Mike); and her great grandchildren, Jonah, Vivian, Whitney, Geneva, Everly and Eila.
