He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonzo Lack and Cecelia Lack (Szwed); his son-in-law David Wood; and his siblings, Sally Drexler and Jim Smith.

He is survived by: his wife Toni; his children, David Lack (Kathy), Mary Lack (Ken Cornacchione) and Julie Clayton (Dennis); his grandchildren, Amy (Josh), Bryan (Cristina), Trent, Jillian, Dylan and Kelsey; and his great grandchildren, Nora and Wyatt.
