With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Combs of Norton, Ohio, born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on January 21, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Margaret "Peg" Combs; his sons, Edward R. Combs, Jr. and William M. Combs; his parents, Ollie Zwisler (Bill) and Carl Combs; and his sisters, Edyth Osburn, Lois Combs and Kathleen Moga.
He is survived by: his son Jeffrey Combs (Jennifer); his grandchildren, William Combs (Dee), Jenni Wigle (Paul), Tiffany Boyse (David), Teresa Fisher (Jared), Ryan Crano (Melissa) and Cody Crano; and his daughters-in-law, Joan Combs and Bonnie Koby. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and his many friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Crossroads Hospice of Green, OH in memory of Edward Combs.
